Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major debit & credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Your card does not get debited on-line. Your card details are sent to us encrypted and once we are ready to ship your order we then debit your card.

Cheques and postal orders are another form of payment taken. To pay by cheque or postal order you will need to contact us, confirm stock and invoice amount. On receipt of payment we will despatch the goods.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We have a postage and packaging charge of £5.95 + vat for all UK orders placed on the internet.

For orders outside the UK the fee may be higher depending on weight and destination of your parcel. This software automatically adds on a £5.95 + vat charge. If the charge is going to be higer, we will contact you with the charge rate and send after you have confirmed the amount.

Nails Solutions will not be liable for any loss of earnings/business arising directly or indirectly to the delivery of any parcel.
Delivery Schedule WE ARE CLOSED BETWEEN XMAS AND THE NEW YEAR. ALL ORDERS RECIEVED AFTER the 23RD DECEMBER WILL BE PROCESSED ON OUR RETURN IN THE NEW YEAR

Orders placed before 1pm are normally despatched the same day.

We try our best to deliver next day, however, next day delivery is not guarenteed.

Please allow at least 1- 3 working days for delivery.

If your order is placed after 1pm on Friday it may not be processed till Monday morning
Back Orders
If we do not have your item in stock we will either deduct it from your invoice or put it on back order. The decision is based on stock availability

Returns Policy
If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected. Nail Solutions may agree for their return under the following conditions.

A request must be made within 7 days of the receipt/invoice of the goods.

A returns authorisation number will be given and the goods will need to be returned within 7 days of the invoice date or authorisation date. The returned parcel will need to be accompanied with a letter stating your name, address, returns authorisation number and reason for return.

Items returned must be in its original condition. To prevent contamination of the product it must not have been opened or used.

It is the responsibility of the customer to adequately pack and return the goods via a recorded or registered method. We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods sent to us.

Any refunds given for returned goods will be subject to a handling fee of £5.00 + vat charge. No refunds will be made upon carriage fees levied on the original order.
